Four Decades of Capital.

GoodMan Ventures was established in Delhi in 1979 — at a time when the concept of commercial real estate advisory barely existed in India. What began as a specialist leasing practice grew, over four decades, into one of Delhi NCR's most respected capital markets firms.

We are not a large firm by headcount. We are a precise firm by execution. Our model is advisory, not brokerage — which means our interests are aligned with our clients', not with transaction volume.

1979

GoodMan Ventures founded in Delhi. Focus: commercial leasing advisory for local businesses in the capital.

Capital markets practice established. First institutional-grade pre-leased asset transactions completed for HNI clients.

1990s
2000s

Tenant representation practice launched. Early advisory relationships with QSR chains entering India — McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut.

Transaction volume crosses ₹5,000 Crore. NRI advisory vertical formalised. Cross-border practice extended to UK and UAE.

2010s
2022

DAMAC Channel Partner status acquired. Dubai vertical launched targeting Indian HNI and NRI capital.
