Four Decades of Capital.

GoodMan Ventures was established in Delhi in 1979 — at a time when the concept of commercial real estate advisory barely existed in India. What began as a specialist leasing practice grew, over four decades, into one of Delhi NCR's most respected capital markets firms.

We are not a large firm by headcount. We are a precise firm by execution. Our model is advisory, not brokerage — which means our interests are aligned with our clients', not with transaction volume.

Today, GoodMan Ventures advises HNIs, family offices, NRIs, institutional investors, and global brands — with a network of 5,000+ investors and brokers, and a transaction history exceeding ₹630 Crore.

1990s
